LEN WOODS
Lead Pastor
Len has a journalism degree from LSU and a Th.M. from Dallas Seminary. He and Cindi are the parents of Walter and Jack. He directs our staff and is the primary teaching pastor. In his free time, Len reads (and dreams of writing ;-) great literary works.

DEE ALEXANDER
Worship Pastor
Dee became a full-time staff member in 1993 after serving with the CCC worship team (on and off) since March 1988. A native of Harrisonburg, Louisiana, Dee earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Louisiana Tech in music and drama, respectively. He and wife Tami have three children: Johnathan, Emma and Chloe. Dee’s job description is to promote worship within the church through music and drama. When not at church or home, Dee can usually be found selling some 25 cent “garage sale find” on eBay for $500.

GWEN DINGLER
Learning Center Director
Gwen grew up in Ruston and is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University. She and her husband Jerry have three grown children, Kelly, Julie, and Jonathan-all of whom live in Texas now! The joy of her life is being “Nana” to Kate and John and a soon to be born third grandchild! Gwen loves to read and dabble in her yard. At CCC Gwen is responsible for children birth through sixth grade. She recruits, trains, oversees and encourages our Learning Center volunteers who commit to the task of assisting parents in the spiritual nurturing of their children.

JASON HOWELL
Pastor of Youth Ministries
Jason left his hometown of Winnfield, Louisiana to come to Louisiana Tech. In 2002 he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since then, Jason fell for and married Emily, a Shreveport native and Ruston High School teacher. Jason is here to pastor students and coordinate our efforts to reach out to the high school and junior high school populations of Ruston. Jason enjoys books, ballgames and music.

NORMAN HANES
Operations Director
Norman joined the CCC staff in a consulting capacity in January, 2004, to assist in the relocation of the church to its new facility. In addition to managing CCC’s facility and financial operations, Norman serves as Chief Administrative Officer for a locally based financial & investment company. He and wife Georgeanna have a son, Graham, and two daughters, Hannah and Emily.

ELIZABETH TURPIN
Office Coordinator
Elizabeth grew up in Cut Off, Louisiana and graduated from LSU with a degree in English Literature. She and her husband, Stephen Turpin, married in 2004 and moved to Ruston in 2007. Elizabeth loves living in Ruston and when she’s not at work, she is most likely downtown walking her dogs, June and Margot, or window shopping. She enjoys reading and fine cheeses.

BRITTON KILPATRICK
Media Coordinator
Britton is from Houma, LA, and has been working at CCC since early 2004. He and his wife, Jenn, have been married since June 2004. They have a daughter and a son, Siriana and Julian. Britton enjoys reading, photography, playing music, shooting/editing video, and pretty much anything dealing with computers. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, and a masters in Education from Louisiana Tech.

STEPHANIE BUCKLEW
Media Coordinator
Stephanie grew up an Air Force kid in Europe so it's only fitting that God had her spend eight years as a missionary to those serving in the US Military. Stephanie has a degree in Social Work from Southwest Texas State and a Masters from Multnomah Biblical Seminary. She really enjoys spending time in the Word & prayer; hanging out with family; walking with her dog, Molly; and traveling. Stephanie's dream is to be an unknkown, philanthropic billionaire on mission for God!

JAMES GRANT
Plant Operations
James came to us in the fall of 2005. He does a great job of keeping things around CCC neat and tidy. He, his wife, and their two kids live here in Ruston. James is a Deacon at Zion Hill Baptist Church, President of the Benevolent Committee, President of the Brotherhood Ministry, Sunday School Teacher, and Chairman of the Pulpit Committee.
